4-Year-Old Boy Who Drowned Over The Weekend Identified

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Authorities in Douglas County say the cause of death for a boy who was pulled from Chatfield Reservoir over the weekend was accidental drowning.

Rescue crews were called to Chatfield Reservoir just after 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Witnesses told CBS4 several people dove into the water to search for the boy in what was described as a very chaotic scene.

Andres Patrick Sena, 4, of Littleton, was pulled out of the water near the southeast banks of the reservoir and taken to the hospital, where he later died.

Officials with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office are investigating the incident.
