New Law Helps Fund CPR Training In Schools
WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4)- Gov. John Hickenlooper signed a new bill into law that will help provide funding to schools to provide CPR training.
Hickenlooper signed the bill at Standley Lake High School in Westminster.
Six years ago a student who's heart stopped was saved by a friend who knew CPR.
That survivor testified in favor of the funding which will help train more students in the lifesaving technique.
