McKoy’s daughter, Mia McKoy-Phanthavongsa, was killed Nov. 18 at a Westminster apartment.

Police say the girl’s mother, Kim Phanthavongsa, called police after an altercation with McKoy. She told them McCoy was inside her apartment with her child and had a gun.
