Man Faces Charges For Setting Trailer On Fire
LONGMONT, Colo. (CBS4) – A man is facing murder charges for allegedly setting his Longmont home on fire.
Police say Thomas Hibdon tried to set his trailer on fire on Tuesday while officers were trying to arrest him on an outstanding warrant.
Hibdon refused to obey the officers' commands and set his bedroom on fire.
The officers escaped the burning trailer and arrested Hibdon after he crawled out of a window to escape the flames.
