Buckley AFB Lifts LoDo Ban Implemented After Airman's Murder
DENVER (CBS4) - Buckley Air Force Base is lifting its ban on troops visiting LoDo.
The intersection of 15th and Market had been off limits. The base imposed the ban after Airman 1st Class Shaquille Hargrove was shot to death during an altercation outside a restaurant.
Even though the ban has been lifted troops are being encouraged to be cautious.
Denver police still have no leads in the case, but they did release a sketch of the gunman based on eyewitness accounts. He's described as a light-skinned black male in his 20s.
