Police Say Man Struck 5 People With His Car After Bar Fight
DENVER (CBS4) - Police say an argument at a Denver bar led to a crime on Wednesday in which a driver struck five people.
The man police say was behind the wheel -- John Martinez, 21 -- has been arrested. Police say he intentionally hit the victims after the brawl spilled into the parking lot of the business on West Evans Avenue.
Police said Martinez drove off and then abandoned his vehicle. He was arrested at his home in Lakewood.
Three of the people who were hit have serious but non-life threatening injuries.
