Foreclosure Filings At Lowest Level Since 2007 In Colorado Urban Counties
DENVER (Denver Business Journal) - Foreclosure filings in 12 Colorado urban counties in November fell to their lowest level for any month since the state began collecting data in 2007, the state Division of Housing reported Wednesday.
New filings — the initial stage of the foreclosure process — during the month were down 36.8 percent from November 2011, to 1,450.
