Former Preschool Teacher Pleads Not Guilty To Child Porn Charges
DENVER (CBS4) - A former preschool teacher accused of possessing child pornography was in Denver federal court on Tuesday.
David Moe pleaded not guilty at his arraignment. He has not been able to bond out of jail because he hasn't met one of the conditions set out by the judge. The court won't say which condition. If or when that condition is met, there would need to be a court hearing before Moe is released.
Moe was a teacher at Paddington Station Preschool in Denver.
A trial date will be set soon.
