The law is that you are to stop whenever a school bus is flashing their lights when picking up or dropping off kids…and I believe drivers going in either direction need to stop. The drivers clearly were in the wrong.

Crosswalk, crosswalk, crosswalk——What crosswalk? This 5 year old is being blamed for something a driver did to her! Was this the first time she was let off @ that stop? Was the bus not using it’s red stop sign/lights? Was the driver on the phone, texting, or doing something that caused them to not be paying attention to the surroundings? I could go on & on, but I won’t–I will end with ‘shame on this world for blaming an innocent 5 year old for an adults actions!’ Where was the cross guard? When did the automoble have the right of way vs the pedestrian? ? ? ? ?
