Pueblo Kidnapping Suspect May Have Victimized Another Girl
PUEBLO, Colo. (CBS4) - The man accused of kidnapping a 9-year-old girl last week is facing more charges.
Jose Garcia, 29, is accused of grabbing the girl as she walked home in Pueblo.
Garcia faces kidnapping and sexual assault charges. There are also reports he victimized another young girl earlier that same day.
Garcia was in court Monday to hear the allegations against him. He told the judge he understands the charges he's facing.
