Man Accused Of Murdering Elderly Springs Woman Due In Court
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - A Colorado Springs man accused of killing an 87-year-old woman and torching her body is due in court this week.
Police arrested Marcus Smith, 21, on Friday. Police believe he murdered Kit Grazioli.
Last Wednesday firefighters found Grazioli's burned body on a dirt road known as Captain Jack's Trail Head near Lower Gold Camp Road.
Police said they have no other suspects.
