Man Named As Person Of Interest In Jeffco Murder Case

GOLDEN, Colo. (CBS4) - Investigators in Jefferson County are looking for a man who they say is a person of interest in a murder case involving a body on Lookout Mountain.

The body of Richard Limon, 69, was discovered on Lookout Mountain on August 17, 2011. Three suspects are currently in custody in the case and are facing murder charges. (Full Story)

Officials with the Jefferson County Sheriff's office say Edwin Rivera is a person of interest in Limon's death. Rivera may be known as Ernestor Rivera to some, and he apparently has ties to the La Mara Salvatrucha gang.

They are asking anyone with information about where his might be to contact them.

Rivera was described as being 5-foot-10, weighing 170 pounds and with short brown hair. He has no facial hair and no glasses. He is believed to be about 23 years old. The following details about him were also released by the sheriff's office:

- Tattoo of "LA" on his right forearm, "Maria" on his left chest, "Nena" on his left hand, "El Salvador" down the back of his right arm, "503" down the back of his left arm, and "MS 13" across his back.

- Rivera claims he is from El Salvador, and may possibly have an El Salvador ID that says "Edwin Rivera".

- He has most recently lived in Denver, and is known to frequent the area of Federal and Yale. In the last two years, he has also resided in California and Louisiana.
