Copper Mountain Falling Death Ruled Accidental

COPPER MOUNTAIN, Colo. (CBS4)- A man fell to his death from a sixth story window at employee housing at Copper Mountain on Wednesday. His death has been ruled accidental by investigators in Summit County.

It happened at the EDGE, located at 50 Beeler, at about 12:50 p.m. Brandon White, 40, had been working in Copper Mountain for the past six weeks.

Investigators said it appeared that White had been drinking before he fell from the window. No one witnessed him falling.

No foul play was suspected and White was alone at the time.

Toxicology tests are pending and expected to take at least two weeks.
