New Law Prohibits Sex Offenders From Working In Schools

DENVER (CBS4) - As school winds down in Colorado a measure designed to protect students was signed into law on Friday.

The law states people convicted of child abuse and unlawful sexual behavior cannot work in schools in this state.

The law will go into effect July 1.
