Colorado's mountains are famous for their challenging terrain, their excellent snow conditions and other activities like shopping and taking in a live show. Many of these resorts have mid-mountain lodges that offer delicious cuisine that stands on its own. Whether you're taking a break from the mountain or taking a snowcat for a memorable dinner, there is plenty to be proud of at Colorado ski resorts. Its location at the top of Winter Park Mountain sits two miles high and offers views of the entire mountain and the village.
