Trinity Grille offers free hors d’oeuvres from the talents of its two resident Hyde Park, New York Culinary Institute of America chefs; these include a cheese plate, vegetable plate and hot plates that vary according to the chefs’ whims. They also offer a dollar off of their moderately priced drink menu during Happy Hour.
