DENVER (CBS4) – Comcast customers in the city of Denver are experiencing an extended service outage.
The company is trying to fix the issue, which is impacting most of the city.
Customers are reporting having no cable or internet service. Phone service is also down.
Service went out at approximately 4 p.m. It was still out at 9:30 p.m., and a spokesperson CBS4 spoke with had no timetable for a repair.
A cut fiber line is causing the issue.
