DENVER (CBS4) – Thousands of middle school students will start class with a tech boost.
A $10 million program will provide Chrome Books for students that they can use at school, as well as for homework.
The program was funded by Denver voters.
“It is just going to be easier because you’ll just have one thing instead of getting all kinds of papers, you can just have it on the one computer,” said sixth grader Diego.
Nearly 9,000 students across 13 schools will get computers.
