Jury Selection Begins In Murder, Arson Trial
DENVER (CBS4)- Jury selection began Monday in a murder and arson trial that closed down a popular bagel shop for months.
Brian Pattison is accused of killing Shane Richardson in the apartment above Rosenberg's Bagels in the Five Points neighborhood in May 2016.
Investigators believe Pattison set the fire to cover up the murder. He is charged with murder, arson and other weapons charges.
