101-Year-Old D-Day Vet Becomes Oldest To Skydive

HONITON, England (CBS4) – A 101-year-old D-Day veteran broke a world record.

Verdun Hayes is the oldest-ever skydiver at 101 and 38 days.

He received a military guard of honor for his record-breaking dive.

His 15,000-foot-jump raised thousands for military charity.
