Police: 3-Year-Old Shot 2-Year-Old
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Colorado Springs investigated a shooting involving a toddler on Saturday afternoon. Officers say a two-year-old was shot.
The toddler was rushed to the hospital where he's being treated for his injuries. He is currently in critical but stable condition.
Officers rushed to the 4300 block of Driftwood Drive at 1:30 p.m. to investigate the shooting.
Police believe a three-year-old toddler in the home got a hold of a gun, was playing with it, and may have fired at the two-year-old.
At this time it's unclear if any charges have been filed.
