Denver Water Customers Will Soon Notice Higher Rates
DENVER (CBS4) - Denver Water customers will probably notice an increase in their bill because the utility is raising rates starting this Saturday.
The monthly fixed charge will increase by a little more than $3. To offset that, the charge per 1,000 gallons will go down.
Denver Water says the average customer who uses about 115,000 gallons a year will see an increase of $29 a year, or about $2.40 a month.
