Wild Horses Slow To Take Bait, But Still Get Captured
CRAIG, Colo. (CBS4) - It turns out wild horses have been slow to take the bait near Craig.
The Bureau of Land Management says it had only captured 26 horses so far in the Sand Wash Basin.
Typically, helicopters are used to help corral horses.
The Daily Sentinel newspaper reports 10 of the captured horses will go to an adoption program. The rest will be released after five of them get an anti-fertility vaccine.
