Chipotle Facing Lawsuit Over Wages
DENVER (CBS4)- Colorado-based Chipotle has denied any wrongdoing in a lawsuit over wages.
Nearly 10,000 former and current employees claim the company made them clock out at the end of their shifts but then made them keep working without pay.
The practice is known as wage theft.
Chipotle said the class action lawsuit has no merit.
