Lookout Mountain Vandalism Suspect Identified
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- Deputies in Jefferson County have identified the vandalism suspect in a graffiti case on Lookout Mountain.
Deputies believe the young man in the video is Stan Stettler, 18, of Thornton.
Stettler will face a misdemeanor charge of defacing property.
On Saturday afternoon, a man who wishes to remain anonymous and his fiancee, were hiking when they heard the sound of spray paint cans rattling. They turned and saw orange graffiti on the rocks.
Stettler apologized to investigators and said the second person in the video had nothing to do with the crime.
