Police Search For Kidnapper Wanted In Assault At Park
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver are searching for a suspect wanted in a kidnapping and sexual assault.
The attack happened the night of July 30 near the Bates-Hobart Park in southwest Denver.
Police haven't provided a lot of information but neighbors confirm the area is often busy.
"There are always soccer games going on over there, just people being active... just a really good environment," said one neighbor.
Police believe the attacker was a Hispanic man in his late 20s to early 30s with long, wavy black hair and a bushy goatee.
He was reportedly driving a dark green older model van with a tan interior, tinted windows and a crack on the windshield.
