Child Sex Assault Suspect Back In Custody
BRIGHTON, Colo. (CBS4)- A child sex assault suspect who was on the run in Colorado is back in custody.
The Adams County Sheriff's Office says Kenneth Benally was free on bond when the battery in his ankle monitor died.
Deputies were not able to find him on Thursday but located him and he was booked into the Jeffco Jail.
