Sports Authority To Begin Liquidation Of All Stores This Week

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - Dying retailer Sports Authority starts the going-out-of-business sales this week.

Court documents indicate final sales are expected to start on Thursday and finish by the end of August for all the Sports Authority locations.

Three Denver metro area stores are already going through liquidation sales.

The Englewood-based retailer has more than 460 stores across the nation. The sales include all merchandise and run through Aug. 31.

Those with gift cards need to use them by June 27.
