Waterton Canyon Trail Fully Reopens

LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4) - The entire length of the Waterton Canyon Trail has reopened to the public after months of construction.

Crews worked for four-months on the equipment that diverts water from the South Platte River to the High Line Canal.

The lower 3.2 miles of the canyon is closed to river access due to high water from April storms, but the trail remains open.
