Eastbound I-70 Closed Into Denver Due To Accident
DENVER (CBS4) - Eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 were closed Thursday morning approaching Denver at Federal Boulevard.
An accident at approximately 5:30 a.m. shut down all eastbound lanes, causing traffic to be directed off I-70 and onto Federal Boulevard.
CBS4's Traffic Specialist Joel Hillan said the roads are very icy Thursday morning after cold overnight temperatures. Check the full Denver traffic map here.
The eastbound lanes of I-70 at Federal reopened at 7:20 a.m.
