Google Helps Finance Boulder's Affordable Housing Market
BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- Google is helping boost Boulder's affordable housing market.
The tech giant is helping finance affordable housing with a nearly $42 million investment through tax-exempt bonds.
According to the Daily Camera, the money will be used for more than 200 apartments.
The City of Boulder contributed $11 million towards its affordable housing program in July 2015.
Google is building an office campus in Boulder and has invested in affordable housing in 43 other cities.
