For Bradley Roby, It's All About A Rematch With The Steelers

DENVER (CBS4) - With the top seed in the playoffs the Denver Broncos know they will face one of three teams, but for cornerback Bradley Roby, the Pittsburgh Steelers is the team he wants to face the most.

If the Steelers beat the Bengals on Saturday night, Pittsburgh comes to Denver. If not, the Broncos will get the winner of the Chiefs-Texans matchup earlier in the day on Saturday.

After one half it seemed like the Broncos had Pittsburgh's number in their Dec. 20 matchup at Heinz Field, but the Steelers, who own the league's No. 3 offense, went on the attack and the Broncos and their No. 1 defense had no answer. Denver wound up losing by a score of 34-27.

If the Steelers end up coming to Denver, Roby says the outcome will be different.

"We have to just finish the game. We played there, we started off great, a great first half of ball and they came back on us in the second half. They made adjustments that we didn't make," Roby said on Xfinity Monday Live. "It will be big for us, for them to come back here … come here and play us here, because that's totally different to play here."

That's exactly what Roby hopes will happen.

"I would love to play them again, I actually hope that we play them again," he said. "I think that would be a great matchup. Obviously we didn't finish the way we should have … I think that's what the fans would want to see, I think that would be entertaining -- a very entertaining game."

In the last meeting things got very chippy on the field with plenty of scuffles between the players. Roby says that won't change in a rematch in the playoffs.

"It's playoff time, that's when it ramps up, that's when it gets more serious," Roby said. "Everybody wants to win, everybody is doing everything they can to win; so that's when it gets chippy like that."

It's a matchup Roby says is the most intriguing.

"That's the team I want to play," he said. "I think that would be must-see TV."
