Boulder Police Investigate After Woman Tied Up, Cash Stolen

BOULDER, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Boulder investigated a bold robbery on Tuesday afternoon that left a woman bound inside her home.

Investigators say the woman was raking in her yard on Meadow Glen Drive near 55th and Baseline Road about 2:45 p.m. when a man pointed a gun at her back. He directed her to walk inside her home.

Once inside, the two men took an undisclosed amount of cash from the victim's wallet and then tied her up.

The suspects are described as two black men between 20 and 30 years old. One of the suspects is 5-foot-8 to 5-foot-9 with a slender build. At the time of the incident he was wearing a face mask, sweatshirt with the word "Asphalt" on it and dark colored sweatpants.

The second suspect is described as being approximately 6-foot and heavy set. At the time of the incident he was wearing a face mask and dark colored clothing.
