United Launch Alliance Atlas V Rocket Launch Scrubbed

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. (CBS4)- The launch of the United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket was scrubbed on Saturday due to forecasted high winds.

The rocket is carrying the OA-4 with the Cygnus spacecraft for Orbital ATK under the NASA Commercial Resupply Services (CRS) contract.

United Launch Alliance (ULA) is a joint venture of Lockheed Martin Space Systems and Boeing Defense, Space & Security and its headquarters are located in Centennial.

The launch has been rescheduled for Sunday from the Space Launch Complex at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida.
