Man Charged In Sex Assault On At-Risk Men

DENVER (CBS4)- A man accused of assaulting two men in separate sexual assault incidents has been formally charged. Investigators are concerned there could be other victims.

Gregory DeLille has been charged with six counts of unlawful sexual contact on an at-risk adult.

The charges allege that on Aug. 23, DeLille, 34, unlawfully touched the intimate parts of a 21-year-old man who was on medication for a disability. The charges further allege that on Oct. 10, DeLille unlawfully touched the intimate parts of a 26-year-old man who is confined to a wheelchair.

DeLille was identified as a suspect by Denver police detectives and was arrested on Sunday. He remains in custody on $50,000 bond set in each case. DeLille is scheduled to appear in Denver County Court on Friday.
