Plane Crashes Into Field, Killing Both People On Board

GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) - Two people died in a plane crash north of Greeley Tuesday morning.

The plane crashed at 11:37 a.m. Tuesday in a field near County Road 80 and County Road 43 near the town of Ault.

The two individuals on board the plane were pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash is not immediately known and the Weld County Sheriff's Office along with the Federal Aviation Administration are conducting a full investigation.

The names of the victims have not been released.

The Weld County Sheriff's Office said they were flying a single-engine Bonanza.
