Police said he had been making suicidal threats. Webb, 29, eventually surrendered after three hours. No one was hurt.

Police said the gun was actually an air soft pellet gun that had been altered to resemble a real handgun.

Webb is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday on charges of felony menacing.
