Why One Woman Swears By 'Think No Pink' When It Comes To Beating Breast Cancer

DENVER (CBS4)- MJ Jenkins is a breast cancer survivor and the author of Think "No Pink" a book about taking a positive attitude when faced with a breast cancer diagnosis.

Jenkins offers some advice to women about the mistakes they should avoid:

  • Not having breast cancer screenings.
  • Eating cancer-causing foods.
  • Allowing their mid-section to bulk up.

"I have a BFF formula in my book, it's believe you will survive, mind over matter, positive thoughts and words out of your mouth, feed your body good foods, avoid those cancer-causing foods, eat organic vegetables, get the pesticides out of your diet, and also feed your mind good thoughts," said Jenkins.
