Training camp begins Friday and the players are anxious to get back on the ice.

"Everybody's excited to get back at it, get back to competing," defenseman Nate Guenin said. "All summer you skate and you don't really lay the body or hit or anything, so you get back out there and ramp up the physicality, so it should be fun."
