Woman Who Stole Thousands In Christmas Decorations Learns Sentence
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4) - A judge in Colorado Springs on Thursday handed down the sentence for a woman who helped her husband steal thousands of dollars in Christmas decorations.
Carrie Carley, 42, will perform 150 hours of community service and spend the next four years on probation.
Carley and her 18-year-old husband Jeremy Lewallen stole the decorations from dozens of their neighbors last winter.
Lewallen got six months in jail and six years probation.
