Rocky Mountain Airshow Offers Refunds Because Of Traffic Problems
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - A group of Chinook helicopters is on the way to Afghanistan for their next deployment, but first the copters flew over the Rocky Mountain Airshow Sunday morning.
Airshow organizers are offering refunds to anyone who couldn't make the show this weekend because of traffic. On Sunday police turned spectators away because the venue parking was full.
On Saturday there were massive backups along E-470 at Quincy. Frustrated ticketholders took matters into their own hands by parking on the side of the road to watch the Air Force Thunderbirds take to the sky.

To get a refund for unused tickets send an email to refund@cosportaviation.org. Include the name and email address used to purchase the tickets. Organizers say the money will be returned within a week.
