Chatfield Reservoir Floods By Six Feet, Swallowing Amenities
LITTLETON, Colo. (CBS4) - Copter4 flew over Chatfield Reservoir on Wednesday where the water level is measuring six feet higher than normal.
The south boat ramp, swim beach and a number of picnic areas are closed to the public but the park and campground are still open.
Several days of heavy rain and even snow, have contributed to the rising waters.
