Probe: Loveland Officers Not To Blame For Suspect Killing Himself
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP/CBS4) - Investigators say two Loveland police officers are not to blame after a suspect they were struggling with pulled a gun and fatally shot himself.
The Larimer County Sheriff's Office says the officers, Henry Stucky and Ben DeLima, were following protocol when they approached 32-year-old Christopher S. Bush on April 3, and the District Attorney's Office has determined that their use of force was legally justified.

Police say Bush was struggling with the officers, who were investigating him for an alleged child sex assault. After Bush was told he was a suspect, he told the officers he was not feeling well and wanted to sit down.
The officers say he then turned away, drew a handgun and shot himself as they tried to disarm him. Neither of the officers fired their weapon. Bush's death has been ruled a suicide.
