Weekend Grass Fires Successfully Put Out
DENVER (CBS4) - Crews in Loveland and Morgan County battled multiple grass fires this weekend.
Five engine trucks and a brush truck responded to the fire in Loveland that covered one and a half acres. It took about two hours for fire fighters to get it completely under control.
There was a small amount of smoke on the scene of another fire in Brush. Crews had to battle windy weather, but were able to put the fire out before it could spread significantly.
