Video Captures Denver Health Credit Card Thieves In Action

DENVER (CBS4) - Two separate thefts at Denver Health Medical Center have the hospital keeping watch for criminals.

Two men suspected of using credit cards stolen from victims at Denver Health Medical Center were caught on camera and police would like the public's help identifying them.

Denver police are looking for two different suspects. Even though both picked Denver Health Medical Center to find their victims, police warn it could happen anywhere.

"A store, a hospital; anywhere that you are parking your car, there are going to be suspects out there, criminals out there looking for ways to get in," Raquel Lopez with Denver police said.

In one case the victim told police credit cards were stolen out of their car while it was parked in the garage. In the second incident days later, credits cards were also stolen -- this time from a victim inside the hospital. The suspects were caught on surveillance at a Walmart and an Albertsons.

"These suspects are very quick and they will go out and start to use your credit cards," Lopez said.
