1 Killed In Apartment Fire In Aurora
AURORA, Colo. (CBS4) - One person was killed in an apartment fire in Aurora Monday morning.
The fire broke out at Liberty Creek Apartments located on East Kansas Drive, southwest of Mississippi Avenue and Interstate 225, at approximately 10:30 a.m.
The victim was rushed to the hospital in critical condition with smoke inhalation and burns and later died. The person's name hasn't been released.
Residents had to be evacuated.
The Aurora Fire Department reported that there were no other injuries.
