Suspect Wanted For Dragging Deputy Arrested
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- A man who was wanted for dragging a Jefferson County Sheriff's deputy while speeding away from a traffic stop has been arrested.
Andrey Pavolvich Mishenin was captured by the Rocky Mountain Safe Streets Task Force Fugitive Unit along with the Jeffco Sheriff's Office Fugitive Unit.
Mishenin, 23, was arrested in the parking lot of the Crossland Hotel located at 4850 Leetsdale Drive in Glendale.
Mishenin had been the focus of a manhunt since taking off in his car while being contacted by a Jeffco Sheriff's deputy. The deputy was dragged a short distance until he fell to the pavement, suffering minor injuries.
Mishenin was booked into the Jeffco Jail on charges of second-degree assault, criminal impersonation and numerous traffic violations. He remains in custody on $75,000.
