'Boobies Rock!' Founder Back In Jail For Fundraising Fraud

DENVER (AP) - A Colorado man accused of running a fraudulent national breast cancer charity is behind bars again after a judge found he was behind a tour claiming to raise money for two cancer groups.

Boobies Rock! founder Adam Shryock was in being held in Denver's jail Wednesday as part of a 6-month sentence ordered by a judge for violating an order barring him from fundraising.

Last year Shryock was sentenced to two weeks in jail for allegedly being involved in a college scholarship scam. This time, Shryock was accused of working on a tour that used models to sell items to raise money for two real charities - Stupid Cancer and Cancer Care - without their permission.

The judge's ruling is still pending on the original charges against him in the Boobies Rock case.
