ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - The Colorado State Patrol says a man who was on foot when he was struck and killed by at least five different cars on E-470 was a Fort Collins resident.

The fatality took place on Wednesday in the southbound lanes near East Quincy Avenue.

Tababi's car was found on a shoulder of the tollway.

The first driver who hit Tababi stopped and stayed on the scene. He does not face charges.
