Child Hit By Car In Denver, Expected To Be OK

DENVER (CBS4) - A child was hit by a car in Denver on Friday morning and taken to the hospital.

The crash happened right by Smith Elementary School near 36th Avenue and Kearney Street.

The car reportedly stayed at the scene after the crash.

The child's injuries weren't serious, according to authorities.
